Eneeks birthplace of London city continues to inspire his music today. Growing up as the youngest of 4 brothers in a West-Indian household, the sounds of Soul, Rare Grove, Reggae and Jazz often filled his home. His brothers then introduced him to Hiphop music and Eneeks instantly became a fan. Officially arriving onto the scene with mixtapes that announced his musical talents to the wider world. While continuing to release a series of underground projects Eneeks also started to perform and record with a live band, reconnecting his lyrics with that soulful jazz sound. From his first recorded live EP ‘Dreammaker’ Eneeks quickly gained attention from MTV and BBC radio, and signed to an independent label called Tokyo Dawn Records to release his next EP 'My Queen, My King, My God’. Through this project Eneeks gained notoriety and started to tour in India, France and Spain. Eneeks has now released his new album G.I.N.A (God Is Never Absent). The insightful artist has created a wonderful mix of Hiphop, Jazz and Neo Soul, including features from Omar, Raheem DeVaughn and many more. With his incredible new album Eneeks is blazing the trail for the new era of Hiphop, Jazz and Soul.
