INTERNATIONAL MUSIC CONSULTANCY
ARTISTS' TEAMS (RECORD LABELS, PUBLISHERS, AGENTS AND PROMOTERS, MANAGERS)
We advise artists and their teams in regards to music export strategies and international development. We can advise and make introductions to different local partners such as PRs, record labels, distributors, booking agents, promoters and festivals in different territories. On select projects, we can also offer long term project and campaign management, including day-to-day coordination of international activity.
MUSIC FESTIVALS AND CONFERENCES / MUSIC ORGANISATIONS
Compass Music can help clients who want to bring their events to an international level with planning conference themes, creating international delegates specific programs, booking international speakers, moderating panels, designing workshops and organising various networking events such as speed meetings and cocktails.

EVENT & INSTITUTIONAL PR
We work with select music festivals, events and organisations on international media relations and industry relations, and we can also arrange press and industry trips to festivals. Please note we don't currently offer PR for new music releases.

Whether you are a music festival looking to add an industry element to your event program, or a music organisation trying to reach out to new contacts in the music industry, our team can help you design the perfect program for you for efficient networking.
Previous activities and events organised included speed meetings, networking cocktails, international delegates specific program, conferences, workshops (all as standalone as well as part of music conferences and festivals).
Compass Music can help with artist bookings for festivals, private events and brand events internationally. The Compass Music team has booked award-winning artists from around the world in venues ranging from fifty to a thousand capacity in all music genres.
Compass Music will be running its own monthly showcase night for emerging artists, in London from early 2021.

With over ten years experience working in the music industry both in the UK and France in varied sides of the industries such as record labels, a booking agency, live music promoters, as PR company, for a venue and an export office, as well as a MA in Music Business Management from the University of Westminster, Compass Music Founder & Director Géraldine Zanaska is available for panel participation and moderation, university lectures as well as tutoring assignments. She can also animate workshops, book speakers for existing conferences, and help you design a conference program tailored-made for your audience's needs,
